Track your order
Where your pillow is, and how to get help if you need it.
Every Welcari order ships with a tracking number. As soon as your pillow leaves our warehouse, we send a confirmation email with that number and a direct link to follow the package to your door.
If you cannot find that email, if the tracking has not updated in a few days, or if something does not look right, we are happy to dig in for you. Reach out through our contact page with your order number and we will track it down personally.
