The 33-Night Sleep Trial
A pillow you set by hand is not something you can judge in a store. So we give you the time at home to actually own the decision.
Set it. Reset it. Sleep on it.
Take it home, set your loft, flip for the cooling side, put it through real nights, wash the cover and reset it back to yours. The trial is the time you need to know, on your own bed, whether this is the pillow you keep.
From the day your Welcari is delivered, you have 33 nights to decide. If it is not the pillow you want to keep, email support@welcari.com from the address on your order and we will:
- Confirm the request within one business day.
- Email you a prepaid US return label.
- Refund the full order amount as soon as the pillow arrives back at our warehouse.
No restocking fee. No partial credit. No questions about why it did not work for you. The 33-night window is the deadline by which the return must be initiated. The trial itself is about giving you enough nights to set it, reset it, and know.
The trial applies to one Welcari pillow per household. Returned pillows are responsibly recycled, never re-sold as new.
